NY Bioforce Training at the Columbia Stem Cell Initiative

NY Bioforce students got an extra special day of real-world science research training this summer, thanks to the generosity of scientists from the Columbia Stem Cell Initiative and the event sponsor, ThermoFisher Scientific. Students received hands-on lessons about different lab techniques and participated in a panel discussion with a cross-section of STEAM students and professionals, including medical residents, biomedical engineering PhD students, and ThermoFisher staff.
