Training & Internship Program for
High School Students
HYPOTHEkids’ STEAM EDU program equips high school students to become confident, hands-on STEAM educators. Through engaging training and a paid summer teaching internship, participants gain real classroom experience, build leadership skills, and learn how to inspire younger students through STEAM.
Who Is STEAM EDU For?
High school students interested in:

Participants complete comprehensive training and are then placed in paid summer internships, where they teach HYPOTHEkids STEAM lessons to K–5 students.

What Will Students Learn?
Our training is hands-on, interactive, and focused on real-world applications. Students learn:

Foundations of teaching and learning

Classroom management strategies

Cognitive and social-emotional (SEL) development

How to structure an effective STEAM lesson plan, using HYPOTHEkids’ lessons as examples

How to implement those lessons in the classroom
Participants build real teaching skills through:

Practice with actual HYPOTHEkits (which include all guidance and materials)
